I decided to use my practice blocks for pin cushions, since I my 1/4 in seam wasn't as accurate as I wanted. Pulled out some "finely aged" fabric to practice with a new foot for the sewing machine that has a 1/4 in guide built in, feeling more confident. Your tips are the best! At first I read your sign off as Madam Alexander... WHAT? that is a line of small dolls! my head reasoned. AH, Madam Ambassador, OK, that makes more sense! Since I am normally, and getting to be more so since we moved, a recluse and have my own stash to shop in, I am set for the duration if I choose to create. Paul and I cooked a turkey too, last thursday, and we had our turkey soup today. :-) My hubby won't even let me hear what the stock market is at. He's one year from retiring, and there goes our Hawaii vacations during retirement! Oh well, we've gone through other dips in the Stock Market, and it eventually comes back up. Sigh.... take care, and stay well!
