Hello Everyone,
This is a picture heavy post this morning. I have so many more photos to show you how productive "my girls" were at my Sew'n Wild Oaks Retreat. Many of their projects made it into the finished column. Melody finished her borders to a round of well-deserved applause.
We talked, we shared, we helped each other with a quilting issue. We had a great four days.
Enjoy the quilt show.
There was so much beauty in the room, it took your breath away.
Everywhere you looked, there were beautiful creations.
Lynette put a wonderful binding tutorial together and shared it with the group. Many of the girls shared valuable information to make our quilting journey easier.
Lynnette made Grammy Squares fun by making me a gorgeous Grammy Squares ensemble, which nearly brought the house down! It floored me! I also discovered that I can wear it as ear muffs.
There was a performance by the "Plaidettes" with choreography by Barbara. If there is a video of our little show, I think it needs to stay under wraps. We all discovered we have two left feet!
This group of talented, funny, compassionate, artistic women with good hearts and souls, filled us with so many memorable moments. I am so happy and proud to call them friends, and "my girls".
Soon,
Lynn

It is so hard to find enough words and adjectives to describe our time together. We laughed so hard we ached.
