Hello Everyone,
My girls, the finishers, did it again. I'm always amazed when they come to class loaded with so many finished or almost finished projects month after month. Suzanne finished her Heartfire quilt just in time for Valentine's Day.
It is beautiful!
Barbara has been busy making decorations for her mantel.
The little snowmen are just adorable. Mr. Joe makes the stands out of a wine barrel stave, and Barbara bought one a couple of years ago to display her Mittens with Moxie. She is going to make something special to display on it for each holiday.
Barbara also stitched her Country Corners blocks together in a beautiful setting arrangement
.
Paula has been diligently working on her blocks for Country Corners too.
Jeanne was bound and determined to get all of the rows attached for her Once Upon a Vine quilt. She was on a mission yesterday to finish.....and she did.
Patti is almost finished with her little baskets for the same quilt.
Marti is working on her quilt too.
Now we have a parade of Lucy Boston blocks. The girls are hooked on Lucy.
Isabelle is working on an appliqued fish bowl. Melissa, the owner of In Between Stitches is expecting her first baby in April. Several of the customers are making alphabet blocks for a quilt designed by Vern Mosquera. I'll be posting my block after I make it......I guess I'd better start it soon!
Irene is half way through her 120 little baskets for her For the Love of Baskets quilt. She has a beautiful assortment of 60 blocks finished.
Suzanne is finishing up her sunflower for Harvest of Hope. She'll be adding the word Pumpkins to her little sign which is the perfect fabric.
Both Barbara's finished wall hangings. Barbara B. made the Lucy Boston block last month and here it is, in a finished project already!
This quilt is from a block exchange that Barbara G. started quite some time ago. She created a UFO list and she is going to attack that list this year!
Yesterday the class room at the shop was filled with beautiful projects and beautiful ladies. What a great way to spend a day. I feel like a proud parent every time we meet. Thank you all!
Soon,
Lynn
