Hello Everyone,
I made a bunch of strip sets, in all colors of the rainbow and all different sizes using up scraps.
Then I cut them up and put the pieces in my little berry baskets. Do I actually use this berry-picking basket? No, I would be bear bait out in the woods if I did, and there aren't any berries in our woods anyway!
Then I stitched sections together in groups of eight like this.
You will just have to wait and see what I'm going to do with them next!

Lyn, I am anxiously waiting to see what you do next as I have sooo many scrap strips from leftover quilts/runners and I so need to get using them and this might just be something I would like to do this winter.

ReplyDeleteSomehow I have this image in my mind of you in a Heidi dress carrying your basket through the woods with Zinnie at your side - leaving little remnants of fabric as you go so you can find your way back home, Lynn! Whatever you're making, I know it will be colorful and unique!
