Hello Everyone,

It's time to link up over at Lesley The Cuddle Quilter for updates on the Country Charmer Quilt Along.

It's never to late to join in.  Those of you that have been on the sidelines can jump in anytime.  Lesley is offering a giveaway for those of you involved in the Quilt Along.  So be sure to check out her blog.
The prize is a $20 gift certificate from your choice of Sew Lux Fabrics and Gifts, or Christa Quilts or In Between Stitches.  I will be offering any one of my Sew'n Wild Oaks patterns too.  Check out my left-hand sidebar to see my patterns and start thinking about your next project.

Country Charmer is a very, VERY scrappy quilt.  Toss in all of those little pieces of fabric you've been reluctant to throw away.

The scrappier the better.

Those of you making the quilt but don't have a blog can enter the contest.  Just send either Lesley or me a picture of a block or your quilt top, and your name will be entered.

Gotta scoot.  I'm off to work at the shop today.  I'm hosting a quilting retreat at the cabin starting Thursday so my to-do list is g-r-o-w-i-n-g larger by the day!

Soon,
Lynn

P.S. The patterns are available at In Between Stitches HERE if you would like to make your own version of Country Charmer.

  2. Mine is nowhere near as scrappy as yours - if I tried to do that I'd probably still be trying to pick the fabrics to use for the first block!

I already know which pattern I'd choose, cos I've loved the look of Heartfire since I first saw it.

  4. Just so pretty - I like the darker setting and that may be my route with the sashings and borders.
