Heartfire is Almost in the Finished Column

Hello Everyone,

Heartfire just needs the binding, label and a hanging sleeve and it's finished!

I'm teaching this class on February 1st at In Between Stitches and I wanted to take a finished quilt to class and not just a flimsy.  I think I'm going to be able to meet my goal.

I had about a half hour of heart failure when my HQ would not stitch horizontally.....only vertically.  I did everything I knew what to do and ended up calling technical support.  In a blink of an eye, the technician told me exactly what the issue was and how to fix it.  Somehow a cable had come loose underneath the unit.  I just unplugged it completely and plugged it back in again....back in business!

I've had my machine since 2007, and I've only had to call technical support twice. Each time the call was handled quickly, pleasantly and competently.  For me, their service after the sale is top notch.

I'm off to the shop this afternoon to teach Harvest of Hope.  I have to set my DVR to record the playoffs.....what was I thinking scheduling a class during playoff season?????

Soon,
Lynn
