Georgetown Show Part Two

Hello Everyone,

The following parade of quilts is brought to you by 18 quilting diva's called the Needle Nellies.  My oh my this group is prolific.  This is just a small sampling of the 80 quilts made during the past year. Each of the girls made a quilted rendition of themselves.....so cute.

Enjoy!

The Needle Nellies are incredible quilters and amazing people.  They welcome you to their community with open hands and hearts.  I'm looking forward to seeing all of you next year along with all of the quilts that you make throughout the coming year.

Today is a very special day.......Quilt Sue arrives in San Francisco this afternoon!  I just tracked her flight and she's approaching Greenland as of this writing.  (I feel like I'm tracking Santa Claus on Christmas Eve!)  She's flying into Vancouver with a connecting flight to San Francisco. We've been talking about this trip for months and the day is finally here.

Tomorrow I'm teaching Patchwork Math at Alden Lane Nursery which is the beginning of Quilting in the Garden festivities.  Sue is teaching on Thursday.  Her book signing for Pick Four will be this Saturday at the In Between Stitches booth.  Come on by the show to meet Sue on Saturday. There is still time to sign up for her Thursday class HERE.

I've got to run now and finish everything on my to-do list before we head off to the airport.  First things first, I'm planning our menus for the next few days.  I don't want Sue's meals made by the Colonel or a clown or a character named Jack, so it's off to the store I go.

Soon,
Lynn
