Shopping for Goodies in my Livingroon

Hello Everyone,

Time to pack up the "mock booth" that has been set up in my living room for the last ten days and take it all to the Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton for the Amador Valley Quilt Show.  I knew the little tool box holding fat quarters would come in handy one day.

Melissa, the owner of In Between Stitches, packed up an excellent selection of quilting goodies for me to sell at the show. Along with my patterns, I have kits, fat quarters, fat quarter towers and notions filling my booth.

Mr. Joe rigged up a ladder on two tripods so I could display my quilts.  They aren't arranged perfectly just yet, but they will be perfect when we set up for real this afternoon.  Since the ladder with the quilts didn't fall over in the last ten days, we figure it's good to go. (Famous last words!)

My sister Gail and our daughter Caren will help us set up today.  Four extra hands and eyes will be helpful during the set up.  I'll take more pictures once we are all set up at the show.

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.  I've got to start packing!

Soon,
Lynn

P.S.  For the Love of Baskets pattern is now available for purchase online at In Between Stitches.  Click HERE for the link to the shop.

  1. Good luck at the show; I wish I could come! Your quilts look wonderful all massed together like that and what a reminder of how many original patterns you have designed.

  11. If I didn't know it was your living room, I would have thought I was at the show, Lynn! What a great idea to rig it all up for a test run first! I have a feeling you'll come home with a nearly empty car!
    Cheers!
