Hello Everyone,
It feels good to get back into the swing of quilting. By tomorrow I should have more to show for my efforts. Here is the newest version of the mailbox for Party in the Garden. I've had lots of fun working in a different color palette this time around. I will finish this section today and start working on the birdhouse next. Applique just can't be hurried. One slow piece at a time and that's after I decide what fabric to put where. I usually audition at least five fabrics for each pattern piece.
New Version
The flying geese above the mailbox signifies "Air Mail".
I hope you all have a wonderful week quilting.
As always,
Lynn
Thimblecreek does such a nice job of displaying their quilts. I'll have to take a trip out there to see your display. It's a great shop
