My Quilting Assistant

Hello Everyone,

My name is Zinnie and my job was picking the winner in my mom's Sew'n Wild Oaks pattern contest.  I take my job very seriously so please read all the way to the end.

My sisters, Emily and Kinsey wrote all of your names on my favorite doggy cookies.  They had to write for me.  If I had thumbs, and could hold a magic marker, I would have written all of the names.

Now, which treat should I choose?  I'm almost 5, and my reading skills are getting better.

Maybe if I get a little closer, I can see the names a little better.....where are my glasses when I need them?

Well, now I've read all of the names and bumped the treats with my paws..........

........and I'm going to pick..............

.....this one.........SANDY the Quilt Junkie.  Sandy said, "What a great pattern! Was it a BOM? I might even be able to manage those blocks - lol!"

But wait.....there's more.  I was so anxious to pick a winner that I selected a doggy treat before the camera was ready.  The first name I picked was HAPPY COTTAGE QUILTER who said, "What an amazing quilt!! Beautifully done. Thanks so much for the giveaway :-)"

So there are 2 winners, not one!  Quilt Junkie Sandy and Happy Cottage Quilter, please email my mom (patched55@comcast.net) your address and I'll mail your choice of any one Sew'n Wild Oaks pattern or Patchwork Math Resource Manual to you.  You can find the patterns on the left-hand sidebar of the blog.

So until the next contest........I'll be curled up at my mom's feet while she blogs and quilts. Thank YOU all for being there day after day with us.

Until the next giveaway,
Zinnie

  8. Yay!! I knew there was a reason my cat kept leading me to the computer this morning, and implored me to check my email. He wants that Patchwork Math book!

  13. Congratulations to the winners! Was someone holding Zinnie with invisible robe? Ms Cha Cha Cat would have eaten every one of those treats before I had them spread out.
