Hello Everyone,
.......and the winning photo for the pattern cover is......photo #6!
I included a few of the other pictures on the back of the pattern.
I want to thank all of you for your well thought-out comments on my last post. So many of you were very detailed in answer to my questions regarding pattern covers and what attracts you to them. The emails were pouring in from all over the world, and I sincerely appreciate the time that you took in response to my questions.
I responded directly to everyone that I could. There were many of you that supplied me with great responses, but I had no way of contacting you. So here is a blanket (or quilty) "thank you", to the no-reply folks. It is frustrating for me not to thank you personally, so this will just have to make do for now.
Set up for the show is at 2pm tomorrow, Friday. In all of my hustle and bustle of preparing my booth for the show, I forgot to mention that Alex Anderson is the featured artist. Alex Anderson from The Quilt Show. Now that's pretty exciting! The Amador Valley Quilters put on a wonderful bi-annual show with over 400 quilts on display, demonstrations, and this year there will be a special exhibit of the Quilts of Valor.
My to-do list is getting shorter. Just some finishing touches today, two quilt labels, a few more patterns need pricing, and just a few more errands need to be run. Somehow, everything seemed to get done, one task at a time, and now it's "Show Time!"....well almost.
Soon,
Lynn
