The Needle Nellies from Georgetown, CA

Hello Everyone,

Last week I posted an unquilted version of Party in the Garden made by the Needle Nellies from Georgetown, CA.  This week I'm posting pictures of the quilt after it was beautifully quilted.

This is an opportunity quilt made by the Needle Nellies to raise money for the volunteer fire department.

I see a beautiful plaid flower made by someone after my own heart!

Such a cozy and inviting cottage.

The state of California is very well-known for natural disasters.  We are either slipping away from landslides, shaking like a wet dog, or we are on FIRE!  We greatly depend on the men and women donating their time and talent to volunteer fire departments across the state.  To help support such a worthy cause, quilt guilds annually make opportunity quilts to raise money. If you are interested in purchasing a ticket to win Party in the Garden, here is the contact information and click HERE to access their website:

I want to personally thank each and every member of the Needle Nellies for doing such a fabulous job on my design.  I'm so anxious to see this quilt in person.  I look forward to being at the show on September 15th to meet and thank all of you.

As always,

Lynn
